The home story
The first detail we noticed as we pulled into the driveway is that you can hear the ocean and smell the salt air. The second thing we noticed is that Sandpiper is truly one of a kind. It is an octagonal beach house that is unique, cozy, and full of natural light.
The main level offers an open living space where we spend most of our time, with a spacious great room, well-stocked kitchen, and four bedrooms. It is designed for shared meals, games, movies, and relaxing together.
Step out to multi-level decking where you can unwind in the hot tub or hammock under live oaks. The first level has a fun, vibrant retro energy and works especially well as a kid-friendly hangout for games, books, and puzzles.
The top level is a full master retreat with views of the ocean and the Corolla lighthouse. The house celebrates old and new: original hardwoods and paneling paired with fresh coastal details.
